The program
Four phases, age-appropriate throughout
Every student moves through the same structured path with written feedback at each stage — and a guardian check-in before advancing.
01
Apply with a guardian
Students submit an application with parent or guardian approval. We verify age, school standing, and any required work permit before the cohort starts.
02
Foundations classroom
Three weeks of after-school sessions: situational awareness, de-escalation, professional communication, report writing, and the ethics of protection work.
03
Supervised shadow rotation
Observe real operations — front desk, dispatch, event access control — always at low-risk posts, always alongside a vetted supervisor. Never armed, never alone.
04
Capstone & career pathway
Present a safety plan, earn a certificate of completion, and get first consideration for a licensed officer role the month you turn 18.
Seats are limited each cohort
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Students apply with a guardian's approval — we respond within five business days.
